Vestus offers new franchise owners a full service foreclosure investment business franchise. This opportunity means that your office would be able to locate, educate and motivate investors in foreclosed properties and provide complete support to those investors in identifying, acquiring, processing and deploying the properties they acquire.

The total investment ranges from $101,500 to $2,188,300, which includes a standard initial franchise fee of $25,000. The largest part of the investment is the Territorial Fee, ranging from $50,000 to $2,000,0000. Vestus will finance up to 75% of that fee for up to three years.

During start-up, the franchisee or Managing Owner if the franchisee is a legal entity, one additional key manager and an administrator will be sufficient. The Vestus business scales well and you will quickly be adding additional staff to support the investors with whom you begin to associate, but most of the staff will be compensated to a large extent on a commission or other similar basis. In a larger market, the franchisee may have as many as 15 employees while in the smaller markets, where the franchisee may be more directly involved in managing the different segments of the business model, 4 or 5 employees may be sufficient.

Besides the financing of the Territorial Fee, Vestus facilitates access to third party short term “hard money” lenders that provide the funds to the Vestus investors for purchase of the distressed properties and re-financing lenders that provide longer term financing for investors whose strategy includes holding for income and appreciation.

Once you become a franchisee, our experienced field support staff will be assigned to assist you in the pre-opening process for your new business. After completing initial training at Vestus’ corporate offices in Bellevue, WA and hiring your new staff, your assigned representative will conduct Opening and Post-Opening Training in your new office. Each time you master a business segment, we will schedule you for training in an additional segment. That training will occur either in a corporate office, your office or in some cases both.

Yes. Most markets that we have chosen to serve will consist of more than one county. Since our exclusive territories generally consist of one county there may well be more than one franchise awarded in each market. If you are operating successfully in your initial Territory and are otherwise qualified we will consider you for the franchise in any other county in your market that we believe can support a Vestus franchise.
